August 30, 2008 - New Control Panel!
We now have our own custom control panel in production use! it is available for All customers on server X! You can login by clicking the "Login" link at the top of this page! We also have Switched Support to the RT Ticket System, you can submit tickets by simply e-mailing any of the addresses listed on the contact us page and can also submit a ticket at your shell prompt by simply typing 'ticket'. We also have a few auto-installers in place on X for your convinience, you can install an eggdrop by simply typing 'install-egg' or a psyBNC by typing 'install-psybnc' at the shell! May 05, 2008 - Fraud Call is now active
We have added a very nice Fraud prevention system to our automated ordering system. Now when you order, you will be required to provide a working phone # to which our system can call. Once the system calls, you answer and provide the 4 digit pin # thats provided to you on the order form. If you enter the information correctly, the order form will automatically forward you to paying for your new account. Failure to comply with this process will cause our system to decline your order. And your account will not be created.

for those of you that have been waiting for your current account to be re-activated, in order to have your account restored will require you to go through the signup process again. 3. Process the Fraud Call System to verify your contact details.
4. You will then be credited for a total of 3 months ( you get 4 months for the price of 1 )
5. A email will be sent after your credit was applied for your confirmation.
